Pinyen Chen

Experience

PinYen is a Director at TGVest Capital. She joined the firm in 2024. She is responsible for executing investment transactions and monitoring post-investment performances. She has participated in the Skymizer and Maeden investments. Prior to joining TGVest, she was the Chief Corporate Governance Officer and Acting Spokesperson at Fusheng Precision. She started her career as an Auditor in the Assurance Services department at EY Taiwan.

PinYen holds a Master's degree in Accounting from the University of Texas at Dallas and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from National Taiwan University. She is a licensed CPA in both the United States and Taiwan.
