David is an Executive Director at TGVest Capital. He specializes in the enterprise software and tech-enabled digital transformation sectors. He has co-led and participated in TGVest's investments in TOKIUM, Maeden, KKday, Dynamic Map Platform, Gojo & Company, Appier, Luxnet and Magnate Technology. Prior to joining TGVest, David was an Associate at UMC Capital.

David holds a bachelor's degree in Information Management from National Taiwan University and a master’s degree in Technology Management from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
