YK is a Managing Director and Partner of TGVest Capital. YK is a member of the investment team of the firm and specializes in semiconductor and auto-related investments. Throughout his investment career, YK has participated in successful investments such as the investments in IntelliEPI, Mellanox, Wintegra, SiRF, Montage Technology, GlobalWafers, Appier and Song Chuan Precision. He is currently a board member of Song Chuan Precision.
YK started his career at Formosa Plastics, followed by a career as an Investment Manager at CDIB. Prior to TGVest, YK was a Managing Director of UMC Capital.
YK holds a master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Chiao Tung University and a bachelor’s degree of Mechanical Engineering from National Cheng Kung University of Taiwan.
